Hi everybody

So I think emily's idea is excellent for me I spend most of my money on bills, movies and eating out. So That would be good for me this christmas season. As far as food goes I enjoy the texas roadhouse, olive garden, etc.... I don't know if the theaters are listed on that site but the theaters here are cinemark. But I am not too picky,(if you really know me that was a huge lie.)but for real I would love a creative gift. I love music, concerts. I am going to the all american rejects again in december. That will be 3 times this year they have come to utah. If anyone is on myspace i have a profile on there and after the concert I will put up pictures. Sarah my bestfriend is going with me and steph M. is thinking about it also. We'll see. Well I hope to come back on here and see more people blogging on here. I think I have dad and janice so Please give me ideas anyone if you have heard them voice any likes.
Thanks, love jess

Halloween in Herriman

Hello all,

Yesterday was Halloween and I'm glad to say it's over. The girls absolutely loved it, though. We got back from the store a little late and so I was trying to feed the girls as trick-or-treaters were already at the door. This didn't help. So I finally got the kids to eat, and got their costumes on, when Matt got home. Off they went to gather candy. The past few years we've lived here have been really cold or snowing on Halloween, so we haven't had too many visitors. This year I expected it to be the same, so I only bought a small stash of candy. Well, ironically, last night was beautiful and not even that cold. There were droves of children and I ran out of candy within an hour - mid group of kids. Doh! I wasn't going to stick around and have angry kids knocking on my door all night, so I fled to my friends house and we all hung out there for a few hours. That was more fun anyway.

I'm just glad that it's all over now and we can move on to the Christmas season. I like that much better anyway. I prefer celebrating Christ and our family to ghosts and star wars characters any day. I can't wait to break out the Christmas tree! Bring on the egg nog and Christmas carols. I'm so excited!

Well, I gotta run. Take care and please post something so I have something else to read besides mine. :)
Love, StephM
